TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
Dr. P. Shiroma’s “GIVEAWAY”

Your participation in Dr. P. Shiroma’s Giveaway (“The Giveaway ” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete sponsored by the operator of the Internet site www.DrPShiroma.com. acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and are the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide Dr. P. Shiroma or a third party with proof of age and /or identity.
2. The Giveaway shall take place on the first day of every month unless otherwise stated on the Giveaway page on DrPShiroma.com.
3. Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into The Giveaway only. In the event that Dr. P. Shiroma deems an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from The Giveaway and consequently ineligible to win the Promotional Prize, as defined below.
4. The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway shall be a signed children’s book from the author, Dr. P. Shiroma.
5. Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that Dr. P. Shiroma may contact you.
6. Dr. P. Shiroma will award a prize to the winner who enter the Giveaway using the selection method identified below. Potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you are a winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you on behalf of Dr. P. Shiroma.
7. Dr. P. Shiroma shall notify the winner of the winning via E-mail within thirty (30) days of The Giveaway. The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within sixty (60) days of Dr. P. Shiroma receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
8. The Promotional Prize will be mailed out to The Giveaway winner after the winner has provided Dr. P. Shiroma with a valid United States mailing address and proof of identity.
9. Notwithstanding Section 6 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to the prize and Dr. P. Shiroma shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
10. Dr. P. Shiroma is not responsible for any errors on the part of the entrant, such as misspelling of email address, or inability to contact winner(s) via email or physical mailing address.
11. Dr. P. Shiroma decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
12. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
13. Books are nontransferable. A winner cannot have the books mailed to someone else.
14. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Dr. P. Shiroma will conduct a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.
15. By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.
16. By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Dr. P. Shiroma, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.
17. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.
18. Dr. P. Shiroma reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
19. Dr. P. Shiroma reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
20. Dr. P. Shiroma reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
21. If you choose to promote your entry via social media or other channels, you should disclose your connection to the Giveaway. For example, it may be sufficient to include a statement such as Dr. P. Shiroma’s Signed Book Giveaway.
22. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
